We are a property assistant service company,  We are able to assist in many areas.

Our  property assistant service includes collecting rent and depositing funds into the owner's local bank account or mailing the money order or cashier checks directly to the owner. We will complete this process within 48 hours of collecting the rent.

Our professional staff checks all references, verifies all information given, and runs credit checks. We are your personal assistants, giving you both complete freedom and control of your property. 

We take every precaution not to have to evict a tenant for nonpayment of rent. However, should the need arise, we can handle all documents associated with the eviction; your only cost is the filing fees and sheriff fee. Our motto is, "If a     tenant cannot pay one month's rent on time, they cannot pay two." and we get them out.

We have an on-staff attorney that will answer your legal questions about       removing tenants and their belongings.

Our on-staff attorney will appear on your behalf in court without cost to you,
the owners, regarding an unlawful detainer-eviction, if we assist you in managing your property.

Our professional staff will inspect the property with a visual outside inspection bi-monthly to insure proper upkeep of the exterior of the home and lawn. We inspect the interior annually.

Our Cleaning service is available to help you get and keep your property rented.
